We were pleased with the house. It was very comfortable and well appointed. Positive: It was so very convienient to Yosemite. Negative: The steep driveway was a little disconcerning! Also, we could not get the coffee maker to work in the morning. It would help to have directions to work the TV. Also we had to just assume what we were to do before leaving….strip the beds or leave them as is….towels in the bathtub on on towel bars, trash?, dishwasher?. Hope we did the right thiings.

Kids had an awesome time. Will definitely look for future availability! Positive: Location was beautiful Negative: Parking, little steep but not a problem.

I don’t recommend this house at this time. It feels like no one has been inside the property for a year. It has dusty, breaking down furniture, dirty make-up wipes on the night stands, spiders in the corners, trash in the backyard, and more. Not to mention the host does not turn on VRBO notifications so you must give our your personal number or call the VRBO assist line to get help. My group all voted to leave early because it just was not worth staying at. Until this property get some updates, I don’t recommend this house or host to a friend. It’s just not worth it.

Feels like a cabin in the woods while still in very close proximity to the amenities of Groveland. Perfect for relaxing after long trails in Yosemite an hour away.
