Not comfortable, very dirty. Positive: I really wanted to like this place but it was hard too. I think I really liked how quiet it was. Negative: The property is big but very dirty, dust everywhere, the couches were very dirty, the floors. The blinds don’t work, there was no keurig. No complimentary water or coffee no ice. Also the pool is not part of the house as it is an HOA and not operating until after Memorial Day weekend which was not advised prior. Also parking is an extra $50 fee, which is also not in the description. We were not comfortable at all during our stay, we ended up going to a hotel after.

My family stayed here for a short weekend. Upon arrival it looked like it had been cleaned however there was hair in both showers, an odd smell in the living room and the rug in the living room looked like it had never been vacuumed. While the cleanliness was off putting, the comfort was worse. The couch was also not clean and the beds were broken, lopsided and extremely uncomfortable. This place needs a one time deep clean, new caulk where there is mold, and new beds/couch and it would be fine.
