Yosemite Falls Calling Low season rates Hot tub

Positive: We enjoyed the secluded location, and it was a lot More spacious then the photos made it look so was a good surprise! Negative: The bath tubs are very slippery, there were a lot of spiderwebs throughout the home and a lot of dirty utensils, chair was broken outside and a very sharp broken soap holder in downstairs bathroom but would still go back non the less!

No frills but quite comfortable house Positive: No frills house with large rooms and quite comfortable in general. Beds are nice and kitchen is well equipped. Front porch is shady and quiet. Negative: Back patio was too hot most of the day. Furniture and appliances are all a bit old, but still good.

Nice property- will be more worthwhile shall the stay is longer. Positive: The property and the host, yes. Negative: The line to get into the gated community and the parking fee($50/day/car)

Extra hidden expenses (such as $50 parking fee) make this place poor value for money. Positive: The location was convenient for visiting Yosemite. Lovely to see the deer wandering around. Negative: We thought we could avoid the extra $50 charge for parking but the distance to the house made that impossible. Very disappointing to discover extra charge to use the hot tub as well. Upstairs bathroom wooden floor is rotting. Please be aware that this accommodation is not worth the price advertised.
